In response to the call of the General Administration of Sport of China's "Guidance on the Orderly Restoration of Sports Events and Activities," the 2020 China's First "Golden Land Cup" Ten-Hour Treadmill Ultramarathon 4-City PK Competition, organized by Guangzhou Golden Land Fitness Training Center, officially began. In the end, the Nanjing team ran 127.46 kilometers within 10 hours, winning first place. The 10-hour ultra-long event was challenged by urban teams in a relay manner, testing not only the coordination of team members at each station, the performance, and reliability of treadmills, but also energy supplements. Golden Land Fitness Training Center, in conjunction with its partners, provided comprehensive support for the event.

 

 

 

During the event, under the guidance of fitness coaches from "Golden Land Training Center," the teammates who were rotated down also started stretching exercises to maintain the best condition at all times. Meanwhile, coaches also shared fitness knowledge with fans on the scene and on the official Douyin platform.

In the end, the Nanjing team won first place with a score of 127.46 kilometers, the Hangzhou team won second place with a score of 121 kilometers, the Guangzhou team won third place with a score of 119 kilometers, and the Shenzhen team won fourth place with a score of 108 kilometers.

 

In the individual challenge group, An An completed the 10-hour challenge with a score of 96.42 kilometers, setting the first record for a Chinese treadmill ultramarathon event.
